Oil Sludge
Oil sludges, soil contaminated with oil and also many kinds of oil, water and solid emulsions or mixtures pollute our environment and are waiting to be disposed of.
Meinkens systems are, for example, capable of processing many kinds of oil, water and solid emulsions by means of kinetic and thermal separation methods which mean that oil is always separated with less than 2% water. The separated water is oilfree and the oil recovered is recycled.
The extent of oil removal is more than 98% of the product deployed through the use of several processes. Through the combination of decanters/separators and thermal dehydration it is possible to set up 99% purity depending on the throughput and the oil / water or solid material quality.
We construct stationary systems with an oil sludge throughput of 5-50 m³/h and also transportable mobile containers with a capacity of up to 20 m³/h oil sludge throughput.
